Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
At Mionix, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your gear. If something isn't right, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- EU Customers: While the statutory "cooling off period" is 14 days, Mionix extends this to 30 days for all customers globally.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please use our Self-Service Return Portal available on our website or contact our Support Portal.
- Condition: Items must be in the same condition as received (unworn/unused), in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Return Hubs: We operate return hubs in both Sweden and the United States. You will be directed to the hub closest to your location during the return process.
- Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Original shipping charges and duties/taxes are non-refundable.
3. Extended Warranty & Insurance
In select markets, we offer the option to purchase Extended Warranty/Insurance through our third-party partners at checkout.
- Coverage: These protection plans cover issues beyond our standard manufacturing warranty (e.g., accidental damage).
- Claims: If you have purchased an extended plan, claims should be handled directly through the insurance provider as specified in your insurance confirmation email.
- Refunds: If you return a product for a refund, the cost of the third-party insurance is usually non-refundable. Please check the specific terms provided by the insurer at checkout.
4. Standard Manufacturing Warranty
If you receive a faulty product, we follow local warranty laws:
- European Union: 2-year guarantee.
- Rest of the World: 1-year guarantee.
- Exclusions: Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover accidental damage (unless covered by separate insurance), wear and tear, or improper use.
5. Pre-orders
For Pre-order purchase options, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund at any time until the item is prepared for shipment. Once delivered, the standard 30-day return policy applies.
6. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
